Hi, I’m Olivia, and if you’ve ever found yourself licking the spoon while baking or sneaking a second slice of cake when no one’s looking—well, you’re my kind of person.

I’m 34 years old, born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, where the summers are sticky-sweet and so are the memories. My earliest ones all circle around my grandmother’s tiny kitchen, where the scent of brown sugar and butter seemed permanently etched into the air. She made the kind of pies that made you pause mid-bite, eyes closed, because nothing else in the world mattered at that moment. I didn’t know it then, but she was planting the seeds of what would become my life’s passion.
I never went to culinary school. Instead, I took the scenic route—college for psychology, a brief stint in marketing, and then, finally, the irresistible pull back to the kitchen. I started sharing my dessert experiments online, just for fun, but when people started asking for more—more recipes, more videos, more sugar—I realized I’d found my calling.

Today, I run a small dessert studio just outside of Asheville, North Carolina, where I get to do what I love every single day: dream up desserts that surprise and comfort in equal measure. I’m obsessed with textures—creamy, crispy, chewy—and I believe the best desserts are like good stories: layered, unexpected, and full of heart.
I don’t believe in perfection. Burnt edges, collapsed soufflés, frosting smudges—those are just signs of a kitchen well-lived in. I believe in joy. And I believe dessert isn’t just the end of a meal—it’s a celebration of everything that came before it.

So whether you’re a seasoned baker or someone who’s only just dared to try homemade whipped cream, I’m here to cheer you on. Because everyone deserves a little sweetness—and maybe a lot of chocolate.
Let’s bake something beautiful together.
