Method
- Cook whatever noodles you like and pour them into the chicken mixture. Or keep them separate and ladle the chicken mixture over noodles.6 ounces noodles
- Cover the chicken with the two cans of soup and ranch seasoning mix. Top with cubed cream cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for approximately 5 hours, stirring occasionally. Break up the chicken as it cooks.
- Cook noodles separately. Either stir them into the chicken mixture or serve the chicken mixture ladled over the noodles.
- Top with shredded Italian cheese blend and freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Use light cream cheese and low-sodium soup for a lighter version. Prep the ingredients the night before for an even easier dinner. To make gluten-free, use certified gluten-free soup, ranch seasoning, and noodles or rice.
